Medicom Toy will be releasing the WALL-E & EVE Bearbricks based off of this year’s successful WALL-E animated film franchise from Disney/Pixar. These 100% Bearbricks will be released May 2009 for 2,604 yen.

Medicom Toy’s Star Wars inspired Kubricks have recently hit Series 9 as Episode 2: Attack of the Clones becomes the focus of the Japanese toy-makers. The pack of six figures include Young Yoda, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin, Clone Trooper, Jango Fett, and Count Dooku with some figures including relevant accessories including lightsabers. The British toy company, Amos Toys, will produce a King Ken Mini Series done in conjunction with US-based STRANGEco. Based on Amos Toys’ popular King Ken figure, this scaled down figure features a blind box assortment release separated into five colors: gray (1 in 4 chance), orange (1 in 4 chance), purple (1 in 6 chance), blue (1 in 6 chance), green (1 in 8 chance) and the “Chase” figure (1 in 24 chance). King Ken t-shirts will be released next month.

The Zog character, originally designed by David Lanham is making its way to boutiques soon. The first edition, in purple, is limited to 300 pieces. The second is a “remix” of sorts, done by Fran Kozik and is limited to a staggering 200 pieces. Both figures stand about 7″ tall, feature movable arms and lower jaw, and are individually numbered on the bottom of the figure.
